Bianca was a tireless worker for our listing, sale and close. Excellent communicator and very resourceful. She was able to help in every way possible. We did quite a bit of work prior to listing and she had connections that were able to help with a wide variety of tasks to make our home the most ready to sell it could be. To me, the highest compliment you can give someone is to say that you want them on your team and I plan to work with Bianca again when I am ready to buy another home in the future.

Bianca was excellent at working my priorities while selling our house and did a great job negotiating and communicating with a difficult buying agent and buyer's lender. She was in constant communication with us on multiple challenging issues with the buyer and her diligence paid off as we sold the house at a great price and ultimately got the deal done despite the challenges on the buyers side. Definitely would recommend her to folks in the Las Vegas area.

Miss Bianca Diaz here’s what I can say about her. When they created Mary Poppins it was based off of Bianca. Not only did she give us a number, she sold our house for 3x the number we thought we would get. She will is a former Marine so she knows how to fight for what is morally and ethically correct for the person she is representing. I was in the middle of having a kid and she went above and beyond to help close the house. If you need someone to do the job correctly the first time hit up Miss Bianca Diaz.

Bianca went above and beyond to help us sell our house while we were moving across the country and having a baby. She helped us connect with resources to get our house ready to sell and was very patient when we needed flexibility during the listing process. She is incredibly kind and willing to help in any way. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Bianca was wonderful to work with. As a first time home buyer my husband and I did not know where to start. She helped us Build our credit and well we did that she helped us find a house to rent. She always Answered our questions and really helped us to understand what everything meant in the process of what we were working towards. When we were ready to buy she was there for the per approval process and helped us find the right house for us and closing was fast!! All I can say is thank you for all of your help!!!!

Bianca was a tremendous blessing to work over the past year. Yes, she has been with me over a year. I contacted her around October 2020 as I was going to make my move from the Bay Area to Las Vegas. I intended to rent from 6-12 months while having the full intention to buy if everything came into fruition. We checked in with one another periodically over the past year. Bianca was so cool--super chill, knowledgeable, never pushy and just a delight to have our monthly check-ins. In the early summer (2021), I went ahead and prequalified with one of Bianca's recommended lenders. Bianca only works with "the best!" The lender had one big contingency, pay off my truck! The truck was hurting my DTI, so to qualify for my desired amount I had to take care of this. It took the summer to pay off my truck Once that item was completed, Bianca had kindly asked me if I was ready. After one year, I was finally ready! Bianca lined up about 7 properties to look at (all in one afternoon). On the 6th property I told her, "let's make an offer!" Bianca cleared her schedule, did not take a break and went straight to her office to put in the offer. It was accepted (verbally) in a couple of hours! Thank you Bianca for finding a this "dream" home. It met almost all of my prerequisites I had sent to her a year earlier. I've been in my home for a week now and I can't thank Bianca enough for finding this gem. She was right as she said, "you are going to love the area." Gracias Bianca, you rock! If you have the opportunity to have Bianca as your agent--you will not regret it. Sometimes people in sales are well how can I say it, "sales people." Those type of people make your purchase feel "off", like they don't care about you/family and just are worried about the their commission! Bianca was the antithesis of being that sales person. She makes the time to get to know you as a person, what you are looking for, what you can afford, what are your priorities and always being professional, polite, trustworthy, transparent and TIMELY! I could probably go on and on but I hope those of you who are reading this review and have a chance to work with her--pick up the phone and call her! A+ grade on everything!

The path to home ownership can be scary and confusing, whether it's dealing with loans, finding a location, and just being patient. Luckily, I was blessed to deal with Bianca. She walked me through the entire process and also gave me an education along the way. Bianca helped me find an awesome location witthin my price range. Along the way, we encountered other agents who were less reliable, but all it did was firm my resolve and remind me how lucky i was to deal with someone who was the epitome of professionalism. I've worked in customer service over twenty years, so I expect the best and Bianca more then delivered. She went out of her way to help me find a great condo that I would be happy with. She also made sure I didn't succumb to FOMO (fear of missing out) when faced with competition from other buyers. She was never more than a text or phone call away whenever I had questions (and I had a few...haha). I couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend her. I can't thank her enough and look forward to working with her again.
